Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel's rooms were awesome, modern, and similar to what you'd find in a boutique NYC hotel. However, they were extremely small for the price and not particularly clean upon arrival. The service from the restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating, but the staff in the hotel bar and restaurant were not as welcoming. The location was excellent for walking to the theater but not the greatest if coming from out of town and needing to drive. The dining experience at 'The Whale' was a disaster, with two poor experiences for drinks and breakfast. The facilities were lacking.
The hotel is in a convenient location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms were very clean, and the service was welcoming, especially in the hotel bar and restaurant. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations. Valet parking is available for those who need it.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but impressively clean and well-furnished for the price. However, there was a lack of lighting, especially in rooms facing the wall. The service was top-notch with really knowledgeable staff. The location was perfect for us, near the theater and ideal for exploring downtown. The dining experience was decent but could be improved, and the facilities met my expectations.
The hotel had beautiful rooms but they were really very small and dark, making it a bit disappointing, especially for the price. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a lovely terrace and lounge, but valet parking was paid. The location was perfect for walking to most locations but wasn't as clear. The dining experience at 'The Whale' was included despite initial confusion; however, the Sicilian cunzato bread was a highlight.
The hotel had nice rooms that were comfortable, but a bit small for the cost. The service was friendly, especially towards our dog. The location was convenient for my needs, close to the downtown area. The dining experience could have been improved. Parking was limited, and I experienced some issues with the bed frame. Not receiving the advertised opening price was also disappointing.
The hotel rooms were very modern and nicely done, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was excellent, with fresh and seasonal products. Overall, a great choice for a stay, although some rooms might feel small and dark due to the shelves above.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms but some room for improvement in the dining options. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring downtown Pittsburgh. However, the paid valet parking was a bit of a downside.
